  1. Click on the link to download and install the remote assistance application – crossloopsetup.exe (1.24 MB).

  2. Run crossloopsetup.

  3. After it is installed and launched, make certain the host tab is selected.

     
    CrossLoop window.
  4. Call us at 203-221-7883 when you are ready for help.

  5. Read the Access Code to us and then click on the Connect button .
