Browsers – Quick address entry

Here are a couple of short cuts for quickly appending www. and .com or .net to a web address.

Internet Explorer and Firefox
Ctrl+Enter adds www. and .com around an address.

Firefox
Shift+Enter adds www. and .net around an address.

For example, if you type rhftech in the address bar of either Internet Explorer or Firefox and then type Ctrl+Enter, the address changes to www.rhftech.com and the browser surfs over to my web site.
